CERTIFICATION CLASSES
If you are planning on taking the Certified Professional
Photographers
exam to be given in NJ, PA, DE, or MD in April , this
may of interest you.
Beginning on Sunday February 19, 2006 at 10:00 AM and
running four
consecutive Sundays, through to March 12, 2006,
Certification classes will
be offered. The classes will be approximately eight (8)
hours each Sunday
and run for four weeks. Sunday’s February 19, 26,
March 5 12, 2006.
They will be held at ADC Photography located at 388 Reed
Road, Bldg.#2,

The course instructor will be Al Di Campli,CPP,
M.Photog.Cr.,F-PPANJ.
Al has had great success and national recognition in
teaching this course
around the US. Thus far 300 Professional Photographers
have taken this
course and gone on to pass the exam.
The course fee is $350.00 which includes a work book and
students
should purchase “Photograph” by London and Upton.
Kindly bring pens,
pencils, calculators and extra three ring lose leaf
paper. Seating is limited

About Al
A.D.C. Photography Inc. opened its first
studio in Broomall, Pennsylvania in 1993 under the guidance of Al Di
Campli,CPP,M.Photog.Cr.,FP-PPANJ. His many years of experience
photographing weddings, portraits, schools, and fashion, along with aerial
architectural, fine art and commercial photography prepared him well for
the rigors of operating an independent full service studio. His talent and
style have led such companies and organizations as Smith-Barney,
Toyota Motors, Keystone Foods, Schiffer Publishing, The Leukemia Society
of America and The Upper Darby Police Youth Athletic League, to
utilize his creative skills. His images have been featured in many
newspapers, magazines, brochures and promotional pieces. He has also
contributed to both Animation Art, the Early Years 1911 to 1953 and
Animation Art, the Latter Years 1953 to 1993 by Jeff Lotman.
Al's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction
is reflected in his membership and involvement in the following
professional organizations: Professional Photographers of
Pennsylvania (PPA of PA) where he has earned the "Service
Degree", “Print Degree" and the PPA of PA “Certified
Professional Photographer's Degree". He serves on many committees and
sits on the Board of Governors. As a result, he received one
of the State's top service award, “The President's Plaque”
at the 2004 annual Convention. His prints, wedding albums and folio's have
won many awards including "Best Digital Image" of 2000,
2002, 2003 along with numerous “Kodak 'Gallery “ and
“Fuji Masterpiece” Awards as well.
The Professional Photographers of New Jersey (PPANJ)
where he is a Fellow of Photography and serves in numerous
capacities. He was elected the President of the Southern Region
PPANJ (2000-2001) where he was named “Photographer of the
Year” in 2003 and 2004. “Best of Show”. "Kodak Gallery " His
digital images and folio's have won numerous and "Court
of Honor" Awards at their annual print competitions. He was
awarded the
“Fellow of Photography”, at the 2005 New jersey State
Convention.
He has served on the Standards Committee
(1999-2000) of the Professional Photographers of America
(PPA), and is the
Certification Liaison for New Jersey. In July of 1996 he
earned the coveted Certified Professional Photographer (CPP)
designation from the PPA . He began teaching a certification
course to other professional photographers in 1997. His efforts with this
program have led to a dramatic increase in the percentage of professional
photographers who are now certified. The success of this program has
gained national recognition and as a result Al has been invited to teach
at many different venues and PPA affiliate schools across
the U.S. He has addressed the 1999, 2001, and 2002
national conventions of the PPA, on the benefits of
certification.
He has given programs to professional photography
groups across the country which have been described as informative,
educational and entertaining. He was selected by Polaroid as
a creative use's consultant to teach the SX-70 emulsion
manipulation technique for turning a photograph in to a French
Impressionist style image. As a result of his instructional efforts, he
received his
Photographic Craftsman Degree from the PPA at there
national convention in 1998, and was invited to join the American
Society of Photographers. His images have won National honors and been
selected for both the prestigious “Loan and General Collections”,
in addition to the Kodak Epcot Center Collection. One of his
images “Closed for the Day” was selected on the cover of the
2002 PPA General Collection Book.. This coffee table sized
book features “judges choice, blue ribbon” or “merited” images from around
the world. Al received the Master of Photography Degree at
the 2004 National Convention.
